| so I'll do it for the sake of others. It's a dishonest industry for two reasons: 1) Frivolous law-suits made by people trying to live off the system, and 2) Morons who don't have insurance and cause accidents. I've had this happen to me twice with no recourse, so good 'ol No Fault footed the bill. If you really believe that the guy that gets an inflated estimate is putting excessive burden on the industry, you should really study the industry a little more. How much do you pay for insurance??? How much have you taken out in claims over the last five years??? If any, was it your fault? If companies weren't making GOBS of money off of us because of government mandates, do you think they would still be in the bizz??? I drive safe, have no accidents or tickets on my record (at the moment) so I don't consider myself one of the 'jackasses' that you so obviously detest. Would you sit idly by and let your company screw you, all the while pumping thousands of dollars into their economy?
